The TMS27C128 and TMS27PC128 are 131,072-bit erasable and programmable read-only memories. They have a single 5V power supply, are pin compatible with existing 128K MOS ROMs, PROMs, and EPROMs, have fully TTL compatible inputs/outputs, and feature maximum access/minimum cycle times.
