Texas Instruments TMS27C010A/TMS27PC010A 131072x8-Bit EPROM/PROM Datasheet
This document describes the TMS27C010A series of 131072 by 8-bit ultraviolet (UV) light erasable, electrically programmable read-only memories (EPROMs) and the TMS27PC010A series of one-time programmable (OTP) PROMs. Both devices feature a 1048576-bit capacity and are designed for use in microprocessor-based systems with a single 5-V power supply for reading operations.
