PHILIPS 80C562/83C562 Single-chip 8-bit microcontroller handbook
This document is a product specification data handbook for the Philips 80C562/83C562 single-chip 8-bit microcontrollers. The devices are derivatives of the 80C51 family manufactured in an advanced CMOS process. They feature a non-volatile program memory (expandable to 64k bytes), volatile data memory, six I/O ports, two standard 16-bit timer/event counters, and an additional 16-bit timer coupled with capture and compare latches.
