Infineon BTS721L1 Smart Four-Channel Highside Power Switch Datasheet
The BTS721L1 is a smart four‑channel high‑side power switch designed for 12 V and 24 V DC grounded loads. It integrates overload protection, current limitation, over‑voltage and undervoltage shutdown with auto‑restart, reverse‑battery protection, open‑load detection, and ESD protection. The device is offered in a P‑DSO‑20‑9 package and replaces electromechanical relays in many applications.
The datasheet provides pin definitions, maximum ratings, electrical and diagnostic characteristics, truth tables, and package ordering information. It also details the protection functions, timing diagrams, and recommended external components such as current‑limit resistors for GND and status pins.
