Infineon TLE6263 CAN‑LDO‑ASIC Datasheet
The TLE6263 is a monolithic integrated circuit in an enhanced‑power P‑DSO‑28‑18 package, optimized for automotive electronic control units. It combines a low‑speed differential CAN transceiver, a low‑dropout 5 V regulator, and an SPI interface for monitoring and control.
Key features include a high‑side switch, two wake‑up inputs, a window watchdog with fail‑safe output, early‑warning and sense‑comparator inputs, and a standard 8‑bit SPI interface. The device operates over a wide voltage and temperature range and supports multiple operation modes such as normal, receive‑only, standby and sleep.
