Infineon TLE6288 R Smart 6‑Channel Peak‑Hold Switch Datasheet
The TLE6288 R is a 6‑channel (150 mΩ) Smart Multichannel Switch built with SPT4 technology. It offers three high‑side channels with charge‑pump‑enabled peak‑and‑hold current control and three configurable channels that can operate as either high‑side or low‑side switches. The device supports 3.3 V and 5 V microcontrollers via a 16‑bit SPI interface and includes extensive protection features such as over‑current, over‑temperature, over‑voltage and ESD protection.
