Infineon BTS 5234L Smart High-Side Power Switch Data Sheet
The BTS 5234L is a dual‑channel high‑side power switch in a P‑DSO‑12‑2 package, offering low standby current, CMOS‑compatible logic pins, and built‑in protective functions. It integrates an N‑channel vertical MOSFET with a charge pump and provides diagnostic signals via IntelliSense pins.
Key protection functions include reverse battery protection, short‑circuit protection, overload protection, multi‑step current limitation, thermal shutdown/restart, over‑voltage protection, loss‑of‑ground protection, and ESD protection. Diagnostic features give load‑current sense and open‑load detection for both ON and OFF states.
