Analog Devices ADR293 Manuals

The ADR293 is a low noise, micropower precision voltage reference that operates in a supply range of 6.0 V to 15 V. Its features include a maximum supply current of 15 μA, low noise of 15 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), high output current of 5 mA, and a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The product is suitable for portable instrumentation, precision reference for 5 V systems, ADC and DAC references, solar-powered applications, and loop-current powered instruments.

The ADR293 is a low noise, micropower precision voltage reference that utilizes an XFET™ (eXtra implanted junction FET) reference circuit. The new XFET architecture offers significant performance improvements over traditional bandgap and Zener-based references. Improvements include: one-fourth the power, ten times the noise performance (15 μV p-p), ten times the linearity (0.01%), 150 times the dynamic range, and 100 times the output current (5 mA).
