Infineon TLE6280GP 3-Phase Bridge Driver IC Datasheet
The TLE6280GP is a 3‑phase bridge driver IC designed for high‑current motor bridges in automotive PWM applications. It integrates a charge‑pump voltage regulator, bootstrap diodes, and a full set of protection features such as short‑circuit detection, shoot‑through protection, undervoltage warning and over‑temperature warning.
The device operates from a wide supply range, supports PWM frequencies up to 30 kHz, and provides adjustable dead‑time via an external resistor. It is supplied in a 36‑lead P‑DSO package and is compatible with external MOSFETs having gate charges up to 250 nC.
