The TDA21201 is an integrated switch from Infineon that incorporates an intelligent MOSFET driver and two Power MOSFETs in a single package. It is available in 7-pin TO-220-7-3 and TO-263-7-2 packages. The TDA21201 can be used for DC/DC conversion from 12V to sub-3.5V and can handle up to 30A output current.
