Analog Devices ADuM3470–ADuM3474 Product Handbook
The ADuM347x family are quad‑channel digital isolators that integrate a PWM controller and transformer driver to deliver isolated DC‑to‑DC conversion. They provide up to 2 W of regulated, isolated power with output voltages adjustable from 3.3 V to 24 V.
Key features include isolated PWM control, high‑efficiency operation (up to 70 % at full load), 2500 Vrms isolation, and data rates up to 25 Mbps. The devices are suited for RS‑232/RS‑422/RS‑485 transceiver isolation, industrial field‑bus isolation, power‑supply startup bias, gate‑drive isolation, and isolated sensor interfaces.
