About this manual

The ADuM347x series consists of four-channel digital isolators that integrate a PWM controller and a transformer driver to drive an isolated DC/DC converter. Based on Analog Devices' iCoupler technology, these devices provide a 2 W regulated isolated power supply ranging from 3.3 V to 24 V, eliminating the need for separate isolated converters in many designs.

The device features four independent isolation channels supporting data rates up to 25 Mbps (CRWZ grade) or 1 Mbps (ARWZ grade). It includes a soft-start function on power-up, pulse-by-pulse overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. The package is available in a 20-lead SSOP form factor with an operating temperature range up to 105 °C.
