The AD8009 is an ultrahigh speed current feedback amplifier featuring a phenomenal 5,500 V/us slew rate and a small signal bandwidth of 1 GHz at unity gain. It is designed for applications requiring high resolution video graphics, pulse amplification, and IF/RF gain stages where low distortion over a wide bandwidth is critical.
The device offers excellent drive capability, delivering up to 175 mA of load current while maintaining low differential gain and phase errors. It is available in an 8-Lead Plastic SOIC package for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to +85°C) and a 5-Lead SOT-23 package for commercial temperatures (0°C to 70°C).
