STMicroelectronics ST6215C/ST6225C 8-bit MCU Handbook
The ST6215C and ST6225C are low‑cost 8‑bit HCMOS microcontrollers with on‑chip peripherals such as a 8‑bit ADC, two timers, a watchdog timer and power‑saving modes. The devices are offered in ROM, OTP, EPROM and FASTROM versions and target automotive, appliance and industrial applications.
