ST6xxx-EMU2 is an advanced hardware development system designed and configured by STMicroelectronics to provide comprehensive support for the ST6 family of MCU's. It supports ST62 and ST63 series, has 32K bytes of emulation memory, single address or address range breakpoints, program space, data space or external signal breakpoints, full programmable synchronization outputs, read/write registers on the fly (without wait state), selective trace in range or start/stop, stack overflow breakpoints, 1K of real trace memory, 32-bit tracing and 4 external signal tracing.
