This document is a preliminary data sheet for the Philips P89C51RA2xx/RB2xx/RC2xx/RD2xx family of 80C51 8-bit Flash microcontrollers. These devices feature non-volatile Flash program memory ranging from 8KB to 64KB, which supports both In-System Programming (ISP) and In-Application Programming (IAP). A default serial boot loader allows for downloading new code via the UART without requiring a loader in the Flash code.
