Maxim MAX3384E RS-232 Transceiver Datasheet
The Maxim MAX3384E is a 3 V‑powered EIA/TIA‑232 and V.28/V.24 communications interface designed for low‑power, high‑data‑rate applications. It features a proprietary low‑dropout dual charge‑pump that provides true RS‑232 voltage levels from a +3.0 V to +5.5 V supply, and it guarantees operation up to 250 kbps while consuming only 1 µA in shutdown mode.
