Maxim MAX3221E/MAX3223E/MAX3243E RS-232 Transceiver User Manual
The MAX3221E, MAX3223E, and MAX3243E are 3‑V‑powered RS‑232 transceivers with automatic shutdown/wakeup, high‑data‑rate capability, and +15 kV ESD protection. They are intended for notebook, handheld, and peripheral applications such as printers and cellular phones.
