Maxim MAX4090 Video Buffer Datasheet
The MAX4090 video buffer from Maxim operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and consumes only 6.5 mA in normal mode. Its low‑power shutdown mode reduces the supply current to 150 nA, making it suitable for battery‑powered portable video applications such as digital cameras, DVD players, PDAs and video‑enabled cell phones.
The device provides a DC‑coupled output with a sync‑tip clamp that positions the video waveform at the output. It is available in space‑saving SOT23, SC70 and UDFN packages and is qualified for both commercial (‑40 °C to +85 °C) and automotive (‑40 °C to +125 °C) temperature ranges.
