Maxim MAX3380E/MAX3381E RS-232 Transceiver Datasheet
The MAX3380E and MAX3381E are dual‑channel RS‑232 transceivers that operate from +2.35 V to +5.5 V and feature a low‑power AutoShutdown Plus mode that reduces supply current to 1 µA when idle. They provide ±15 kV ESD protection on all I/O pins and include a separate logic‑level supply (V L) for flexible interfacing.
