Maxim MAX19996 SiGe High-Linearity 2000MHz‑3000MHz Downconversion Mixer with LO Buffer Datasheet
The MAX19996 SiGe high‑linearity downconversion mixer provides 8.7 dB typical conversion gain, +24.5 dBm IIP3 and a 9.6 dB typical noise figure across a 2000 MHz to 3000 MHz RF range. It includes an integrated LO buffer, RF and LO baluns, and a double‑balanced passive mixer core in a compact 5 mm × 5 mm 20‑pin thin QFN‑EP package.
The device operates from a single supply of either +5.0 V (typical 230 mA) or +3.3 V (typical 149.5 mA) and supports LO frequencies from 1800 MHz to 2550 MHz. It is pin‑compatible with the MAX19996A and pin‑similar to other Maxim mixers, enabling reuse of PCB layouts across multiple frequency bands.
