Maxim MAX1265/MAX1267 12-Bit ADC Datasheet
The MAX1265/MAX1267 are low-power, 12-bit successive-approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) designed for battery-powered and data-acquisition applications. They feature an on-chip +2.5V reference, automatic power-down modes with fast wake-up times, and a high-speed parallel interface operating from a single +3V supply.
These devices offer software-configurable analog inputs supporting unipolar/bipolar and single-ended/pseudo-differential operation. The MAX1265 provides six input channels in single-ended mode (or three in pseudo-differential), while the MAX1267 offers two single-ended channels (or one pseudo-differential). They are available in 28-pin QSOP for the MAX1265 and 24-pin QSOP for the MAX1267.
