Maxim MAX907/MAX908/MAX909 High-Speed Ultra-Low-Power TTL Comparator Datasheet
The MAX907, MAX908 and MAX909 are high‑speed, ultra‑low‑power voltage comparators designed for single‑supply (+5 V) operation, with the MAX909 also supporting dual ±5 V supplies. They feature TTL‑compatible outputs, internal hysteresis, and short‑circuit protection on all inputs and outputs.
The devices are offered in 8‑pin DIP/SO (MAX907, MAX909) and 14‑pin DIP/SO (MAX908) packages, and are intended for battery‑powered systems, high‑speed A/D converters, line receivers, threshold detectors, and other fast‑switching applications.
