Maxim MAX4526/MAX4527 Phase-Reversal Analog Switches Datasheet
The MAX4526 and MAX4527 are CMOS analog ICs configured as phase‑reversal switches. They are optimized for high‑speed (MAX4526) or low‑power (MAX4527) applications such as chopper amplifiers, balanced modulators, and data‑acquisition circuits. The devices operate from a wide supply range and provide rail‑to‑rail signal handling with TTL/CMOS‑compatible inputs.
Key electrical characteristics include a supply range of +4.5 V to +36 V (single) or ±4.5 V to ±18 V (dual), on‑resistance up to 175 Ω (matched to 8 Ω between switches), leakage currents as low as 0.5 nA at 25 °C, transition times under 100 ns with ±15 V supplies, and >2 kV ESD protection. The ICs are offered in 8‑pin DIP, SO and µMAX packages.
