Maxim MAX1077/MAX1079 10-Bit ADC Datasheet
The MAX1077 and MAX1079 are low-power, high-speed, serial-output, 10-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate at up to 1.5Msps and feature an internal reference. These devices offer true-differential inputs for better noise immunity and distortion improvements, operating from a single +2.7V to +3.6V supply voltage. The MAX1077 features a unipolar analog input, while the MAX1079 features a bipolar analog input.
