Maxim MAX186/MAX188 Low-Power 8-Channel Serial 12-Bit ADC Datasheet
The MAX186 and MAX188 are 12‑bit, low‑power data‑acquisition ADCs that combine an 8‑channel multiplexer, high‑bandwidth track‑and‑hold, and a 4‑wire serial interface. They operate from a single +5 V supply or dual ±5 V supplies, and support both internal (4.096 V) and external reference configurations.
