Maxim MAX1061/MAX1063 10-Bit ADC Datasheet
The MAX1061 and MAX1063 are low-power, 10-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that feature a successive-approximation architecture, automatic power-down, and a fast wake-up time of 2µs. They operate with a single +3V analog supply and include a V LOGIC pin for interfacing with digital supplies ranging from +1.8V to +3.6V. The devices offer software-configurable analog inputs supporting unipolar/bipolar and single-ended/pseudo-differential modes, making them ideal for battery-powered data acquisition applications.
