Maxim Integrated MAX6765-MAX6774 Automotive Micropower Linear Regulators Datasheet
The MAX6765-MAX6774B are low-quiescent-current, high-voltage linear regulators designed for always-on automotive modules. They operate from a 4V to 72V input range and deliver up to 100mA of load current while consuming only 31µA of quiescent current.
These devices feature fixed output voltage options of 5.0V, 3.3V, 2.5V, and 1.8V, or can be adjusted from 1.8V to 11V using two external resistors. They include a push-pull or open-drain active-low RESET output with fixed or adjustable thresholds and timeouts ranging from 75µs to 200ms.
