Maxim MAX174/MAX574A/MAX674A Datasheet
The MAX174, MX574A and MX674A are complete 12‑bit analog‑to‑digital converters that combine high speed, low power consumption and on‑chip clock and voltage reference. They support a variety of input ranges, including unipolar 0‑10 V, 0‑20 V and bipolar ±10 V, selectable by pin strapping.
These devices use a successive‑approximation technique and provide flexible digital interfaces (8‑, 12‑ or 16‑bit buses). External components are limited to decoupling capacitors and fixed resistors, making them suitable for applications such as high‑accuracy process control, high‑speed data acquisition and electro‑mechanical systems.
