Maxim MAX1065/MAX1066 Low-Power 14-Bit ADC Datasheet
The MAX1065/MAX1066 are 14-bit, low-power successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) featuring automatic power-down and a factory-trimmed internal clock. The MAX1065 offers a 14-bit-wide parallel interface, while the MAX1066 provides a byte-wide interface. These devices operate from a single 4.75V to 5.25V analog supply and a 2.7V to 5.25V digital supply, consuming only 1.8mA at a sampling rate of 165ksps with an external reference.
