Maxim DS4077 VCXO Module Datasheet
The DS4077 is an integrated voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) module designed to provide reference clock generation in base stations, telecom/datacom, and wireless applications. It utilizes a fundamental quartz crystal plus a unique integrated circuit design to achieve low phase noise and jitter performance better than 1ps RMS over the 12kHz to 80MHz range.
The device is available with LVCMOS or LVDS complementary output buffers in a 9-pin LGA package. Key features include an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, a frequency tuning sensitivity of up to 164 ppm/V, and an absolute pull range (APR) of ±69ppm.
