Maxim DS2030Y/AB 256kb Nonvolatile SRAM Datasheet
The DS2030Y/AB is a 256kb reflowable nonvolatile (NV) SRAM manufactured by Maxim Integrated Products. It consists of a static RAM (SRAM), an NV controller, and an internal rechargeable manganese lithiumum (ML) battery encased in a surface-mount module with a 256-ball BGA footprint. When external power is applied, the module recharges the battery and allows data modification; when power is lost or out of tolerance, the controller write-protects the SRAM and switches to battery power.
