The TLE6288R Smart 6 Channel Peak&Hold Switch is a 6‑channel multichannel switch featuring adjustable peak and hold current control, over‑current, over‑temperature, over‑voltage and ESD protection. It supports 3.3 V and 5 V microcontrollers via a 16‑bit SPI interface and can drive solenoids, relays, valves and other inductive loads up to 10 kHz PWM.
The device offers configurable high‑side or low‑side operation for channels 4‑6, parallel and SPI control, and diagnostic outputs for each channel. Detailed electrical characteristics, pin assignments, and timing diagrams are provided for system integration.
