infineon TLE 6288 R : Smart 6 Channel Peak Hold Switch Manual

TLE6288 R is a 6-channel (150mΩ) Smart Multichannel Switch with embedded protection, diagnosis, and configurable functions. Channels 1-3 are highside channels with integrated charge pump and can be programmed individually for autonomous peak and hold current regulation. Channels 4-6 (also with integrated charge pump) can be configured to work as highside switches.
