About this manual

The ADG1233 and ADG1234 are monolithic CMOS analog switches offering three (ADG1233) or four (ADG1234) independently selectable SPDT switches. They feature low off‑capacitance, minimal charge injection, and rail‑to‑rail operation, making them suitable for audio/video routing, data acquisition, and battery‑powered instruments.

The document includes detailed electrical specifications, absolute maximum ratings, pin‑out diagrams, package dimensions, and an ordering guide for the 16‑lead TSSOP, 20‑lead TSSOP, and LFCSP variants.
