Analog Devices AD5520 Parametric Measurement Unit Datasheet
The AD5520 is a single channel per pin parametric measurement unit (PPMU) designed for use in semiconductor automatic test equipment. It functions as both a source measure unit and a device power supply, capable of forcing voltage or current while measuring the corresponding parameter.
The device features programmable force/measure modes with ranges up to +11 V and currents up to +4 mA using its on-board amplifier. Extended current ranges are available via an external driver. It includes onboard clamp circuitry, window comparators, a guard amplifier, and is housed in a 64-lead LQFP package.
