Analog Devices AD5516 16-Channel 12-Bit Voltage-Output DAC Datasheet

The AD5516 provides sixteen 12‑bit DAC channels in a 74‑lead CSPBGA package. It supports a 3‑wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards, and can operate at clock rates up to 20 MHz. The device offers two operating modes: standard 12‑bit output and a 14‑bit increment/decrement mode for finer resolution.
