Maxim MAX7500/MAX7501/MAX7502 Digital Temperature Sensors Datasheet
The MAX7500, MAX7501, and MAX7502 are digital temperature sensors that accurately measure temperature and provide an over-temperature alarm or interrupt output. These devices convert temperature measurements to digital form using a high-resolution sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and communicate via an I2C-compatible 2-wire serial interface.
The MAX7500 features three address select lines, while the MAX7501 and MAX7502 feature two address select lines and a RESET input. All devices operate over a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V with low power consumption.
