Maxim MAX3325 3V Dual RS-232 Transceiver with LCD Supply and Contrast Controller Datasheet
The MAX3325 is a 3 V dual RS‑232 transceiver that integrates an LCD supply, a temperature‑compensated contrast controller, and a 6‑bit DAC.
