Maxim MAX3344E/MAX3345E USB Transceiver Datasheet
The MAX3344E and MAX3345E are bidirectional USB transceivers that convert logic‑level signals to USB signals and vice‑versa. They include an internal 1.5 kΩ pull‑up resistor, ±15 kV ESD protection on the USB I/O pins, and support operation from a low logic supply of 1.65 V.
The devices are available in 4 × 4 UCSP and 16‑pin TSSOP packages, operate over –40 °C to +85 °C, and feature an enumerate function, USB detect output, and suspend mode current below 40 µA, making them suitable for low‑power and battery‑powered applications.
