Analog Devices ADA4817-1/ADA4817-2 FastFET Amplifiers Data Sheet
The ADA4817-1 and ADA4817-2 are ultra-high-speed voltage feedback amplifiers with FET inputs, developed using Analog Devices' proprietary XFCB process. These devices feature ultra-low noise (4 nV/√Hz) and extremely high input impedance, making them suitable for data acquisition front ends and broadband transimpedance applications such as photodiode preamplifiers. They operate with a wide power supply range of 5 V to 10 V and are available in 8-lead LFCSP, 8-lead SOIC, and 16-lead LFCSP packages.
