Analog Devices AD5040/AD5060 Datasheet
The AD5040/AD5060 are members of the nanoDAC™ family, serving as single 14/16-bit buffered voltage out DACs available in an 8-lead SOT23 package. The AD5040 operates from a supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V, while the AD5060 is designed for operation at 3V or 5V.
These devices utilize a versatile three-wire serial interface compatible with SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP standards, supporting clock rates up to 30 MHz. Key features include a power-on-reset circuit that initializes the output to zero volts or mid-scale, multiple software-selectable power-down modes for low current consumption (down to 50nA at 5V), and guaranteed monotonicity by design.
