THS10082 is a low-power 10-bit 8MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) suitable for radar, imaging, high-speed acquisition, and communications applications. Its features are speed, resolution, bandwidth, and single-supply operation. The device uses a multi-stage pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to prevent code loss over the entire operating temperature range. Internal control registers allow for programming the ADC into the desired mode. The THS10082 consists of two analog inputs, which can be individually selected and configured for single-ended or differential inputs. An integrated 16-word deep FIFO allows data to be stored to relieve the processor burden.
