Texas Instruments THS1207 12-Bit ADC Datasheet
The THS1207 is a CMOS, low-power, 12-bit, 6 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for applications in radar, imaging, high-speed acquisition, and communications. It features a multistage pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to ensure no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.
The device consists of four analog inputs that are sampled simultaneously. These inputs can be configured individually as single-ended or differential-inputs. The ADC includes internal control registers for programming desired modes and provides internal voltage references (1.5 V and 3.5 V), though an external reference can also be selected.
