CD54AC05 and CD74AC05 are six-channel inverters with open drain outputs. They operate from 1.5-5.5V and have balanced noise immunity at 30% of the supply voltage. They also have balanced propagation delays and ±24-mA output drive current, allowing fanout to 15 F devices.
