Maxim MAX3370/MAX3371 Logic Level Translator Datasheet
The MAX3370 and MAX3371 are bidirectional logic‑level translators designed for interfacing low‑voltage ASICs to higher‑voltage devices. They support supply voltages from 2.5 V to 5.5 V (VCC) and 1.6 V to 5.5 V (VL), and operate up to 2 Mbps with an active driver or 500 kbps with an open‑drain driver. The MAX3371 includes a shutdown mode that reduces supply current to less than 1 µA.
Both devices are offered in ultra‑compact µDFN (1 mm × 1.5 mm) and SC70 packages and feature internal 10 kΩ pull‑up resistors, making them suitable for I²C, SPI, Microwire and other low‑voltage communication interfaces.
