Maxim MAX336/MAX337 Analog Multiplexer Datasheet
The MAX336 (16‑channel) and MAX337 (dual 8‑channel) are monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers that connect one of multiple inputs to a common output using a binary address. They support bidirectional signal handling, low on‑resistance, and extremely low leakage currents, making them suitable for precision data‑acquisition and signal‑routing applications.
The devices operate from a single +4.5 V to +30 V supply or from dual ±4.5 V to ±20 V supplies, feature TTL‑compatible control inputs, and provide >2000 V ESD protection. Typical performance includes <400 Ω on‑resistance, <500 ns transition time, and 3.5 pC typical charge injection. Pin‑compatible upgrades are available for DG506/DG507 parts.
