The MAX187 evaluation system consists of a MAX187 evaluation kit and Maxim 68HC16 microcontroller module. The system can function as a data acquisition system, storing samples from the MAX187 in memory and displaying the conversion results on the host computer. It can also evaluate the MAX187's shutdown feature and monitor the supply current in various modes of operation.
