Analog Devices AD8044 Datasheet
The AD8044 is a quad, low‑power, high‑speed voltage‑feedback operational amplifier designed for single‑supply operation at +3 V, +5 V or +5 V. It offers a 150 MHz –3 dB bandwidth, 170 V/µs slew rate, output swing within 25 mV of each rail, and low distortion (‑68 dB THD at 5 MHz). The device is available in 14‑lead plastic DIP and SOIC packages and can drive up to 30 mA into a 0.5 V load.
Key specifications include a supply voltage range of 3 V to 12 V, quiescent current around 11–13 mA, input offset voltage as low as 1 mV, and short‑circuit current capability of 30 mA. The datasheet also contains an ordering guide, absolute maximum ratings, layout recommendations, and mechanical dimensions.
