Analog Devices AD8038/AD8039 Datasheet
The AD8038 (single) and AD8039 (dual) are high‑speed voltage‑feedback amplifiers offering 350 MHz bandwidth, 425 V/µs slew rate, and ultra‑low quiescent current (≈1 mA per amplifier). They provide low noise performance (8 nV/√Hz voltage noise and 600 fA/√Hz current noise at 100 kHz) and operate from 3 V to 12 V, making them suitable for battery‑powered instrumentation, filters, A/D drivers, level shifting, buffering, and photomultiplier interfaces.
Available in 8‑lead SOIC, 5‑lead SC70 (AD8038) and 8‑lead SOT‑23 (AD8039) packages, the devices support a wide input common‑mode range and can drive capacitive loads up to 20 pF with minimal overshoot. The datasheet includes detailed specifications, absolute maximum ratings, power‑dissipation curves, and ordering information.
